Street Evangelism – “Be the Light in the Darkness”

As the world celebrates darkness, we’re stepping out to shine the light of Jesus Christ in the streets. This October 31st, right after Friday night service, we’re taking the gospel beyond the walls of the church — to pray for the lost, share the message of hope, and be a living example of God’s love.

Jesus said, “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:14 NLT). When the world grows darker, our light should shine brighter. This is not just an outreach — it’s obedience to the Great Commission:
“Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.” (Mark 16:15 NLT)

Let’s go out with boldness and compassion, bringing the light of Christ to those still searching in the shadows. Together, we’ll declare that “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.” (John 1:5 NLT)

Come ready to serve, pray, and love — because the streets are our mission field and the people are our purpose.
